Dr. Herbert P. Ricardo is an Assistant Professor at Indian RIver Community College. He holds a PhD in Organization and Management.

He has written two books, Raising Employees and Thinking Organization. His background includes; CEO Fresenius Medical Care AG/BMA Port St. Lucie, Executive Director Hatfield House, Director of Human Resources Sandy Pines Hospital, and Clinic Manager St. Lucie County Public Health.

He has consulted with Lauderhill Police Department, Ft. Pierce Police Department, Hospice of the Treasure Coast, Palm Beach Community College. Dr. Ricardo's presentations focus on the critical relationship betwee; worker, supervisor and management and their relationship to the success of the mission of the organization. His strategic planning sessions explain the organizations goal in simple terms and simplistic achieveable results gaining maximun results.
